Change your FacilityOS password

You can change the password you use to sign in to FacilityOS. This will also update your password for VisitorOS, EmergencyOS, and ContractorOS.

Change your password

1. In FacilityOS, click your name in the upper-right corner, then select My Profile.
   
2. In the "Password" section, enter the following information:
   • Password: Enter your current password.
   • New Password: Enter a new password. Your password must contain the following:
     • At least 8 characters.
     • At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
     • At least one number.
   • Confirm Password: Reenter your new password.
3. Click Reset Password.
