You can change the password you use to sign in to FacilityOS. This will also update your password for VisitorOS, EmergencyOS, and ContractorOS.

Change your password
Important:
If your organization requires you to sign in with SSO, you cannot change your password.
- In FacilityOS, click your name in the upper-right corner, then select My Profile.
- In the "Password" section, enter the following information:
- Password: Enter your current password.

New Password: Enter a new password. Your password must contain the following:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
- At least one number.
- Confirm Password: Reenter your new password.
- Click Reset Password.
