Setting Up Guided Access on your iPad
Follow the steps below to use Guided Access on the iPad.
Step 1: Enable Guided Access
On the home screen, tap Settings denoted by the
icon.
Tap Accessibility denoted by the
tab.
Scroll down and tap Guided Access denoted by the
tab.
Toggle Guided Access to On denoted by
.
Tap Passcode Settings.
Tap Set Guided Access Passcode.
Enter a six-digit passcode, then confirm it.
Note: Record this passcode in a secure location. The FacilityOS Support Team cannot retrieve it. Share it only with authorized personnel.
Press 'Guided Access' to return to the Guided Access menu.

Note: This allows you to triple-click the Home button (or Power button located on the side if using an iPad Pro) to activate Guided Access mode at any time.
Step 2: Enabling Guided Access mode on your VisitorOS app
Swipe up from the bottom of your device to return to the home screen.
Once on the home screen, open the VisitorOS app.
Triple-click (rapidly click 3 times) your Home button (or Power button located on the side if using an iPad Pro) to enable Guided Access mode.
Note: If using an iPad Pro you will need to remove the device from its case to enable and disable Guided Access mode.

Disabling Guided Access mode on your iPad
Follow the steps below to disable Guided Access mode on your iPad.
Triple-click (rapidly click 3 times) your Home button (or Power button located on the side if using an iPad Pro).
Enter your Guided Access passcode.
Tap End.
A message confirms: Guided Access Ended.
