Reset your forgotten password

If you forgot your FacilityOS password or need a new activation email for your account, you can request a password reset.

Reset password

1. Go to the FacilityOS sign-in page.
2. Click Sign In Help.
   
3. Enter your email address, then click Send Instructions.
4. You will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
