If you forgot your password or were added to FacilityOS as a user but did not receive an email to create one, you can request a password reset.
Reset password
- Go to the FacilityOS sign-in page.
- Click Sign In Help.
- Enter your email address, then click Send Instructions.
- You will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
