The FacilityOS Dashboard collects data from all sites and modules into a single visual overview, allowing administrators to quickly gain insight into the activity taking place at their sites.
Features of the FacilityOS Dashboard
Using the Live Feed
The Live Feed gives you a unified log of all activities taking place at each site for all FacilityOS modules that your account is subscribed to.
The feed is arranged with the most recent activities at the top. All activities from VisitorOS, EmergencyOS, and other modules, such as visitor sign-ins and sign-outs, event creation, issued credentials, drills, and evacuations are shown in the live feed.
Using the Map
The map shows the geographic distribution of all sites on an account.
For clients whose sites are concentrated in a specific geographic area, you can adjust the map by using the zoom-in and zoom-out buttons in the bottom-left corner of the map or by clicking and dragging the map to adjust its orientation.
The map dots will update in real time with different colors based on certain activities in progress at a site.
- Green: A site is shown as a static green dot by default.
- Blinking Green: A blinking green light indicates that activity has taken place at a site. Activities include visitor sign-ins and sign-outs, visitor credentials being issued, parcels being received, and parcels being picked up.
- Blinking Yellow: A blinking yellow light indicates that an active drill is in progress at the site via EmergencyOS.
- Blinking Red: A blinking red light indicates that an active emergency is in progress at the site via EmergencyOS.
Using the Key Metrics Bar
The Key Metrics Bar shows a count of the most important activities taking place across an account or at a specific site. To toggle between the overall account and a specific site, click the “All Sites” button in the top-left corner and select the site you want to view.
The metrics that are visible in the Key Metrics Bar include:
- Total Signed-In Visitors: The total number of visitors currently signed in across all sites or at specific sites.
- Total Active Evacuations: The total number of sites currently undergoing an active evacuation.
- Total Deliveries: The number of deliveries managed by DeliveryOS.
- Issued Credentials: The number of visitors who were issued physical badges via VisitorOS.
To see a specific key metric, the account must have access to the module that supports that metric, and the user must have an administrator role or a custom role with Dashboard permissions within that module.

The FacilityOS Dashboard filter feature lets you filter by site and Live Feed event type for more precise event tracking.
Filters can be configured using the Filter icon in the top right of the FacilityOS dashboard.
