Add a Contractor as a Vendor

You can add Contractors and assign them tasks so that they can meet site requirements before they start work.

Who can use this feature?

  • Vendors who have a ContractorOS Vendor Portal account

Add a contractor

  1. Sign in to the ContractorOS Vendor portal.
  2. From the left sidebar, click Manage, then select Contractors.

  3. Click Invite Contractor.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to add contractor details, choose their sites, and assign their tasks.
  5. On the "Invite to Portal" step, if you will be uploading documents on the contractor's behalf, turn off Enable Portal Access. Otherwise, leave the option turned on so that the contractor receives an email inviting them to create an account.
  6. Click Next, then click Done.
