Display Offline Devices on FacilityOS Dashboard
Product Tier: Available to all customers
The FacilityOS dashboard now displays offline devices directly in the live feed, giving account admins visibility into when a physical kiosk is offline, and when they come back online. Offline events are pinned to the top of the dashboard in yellow and automatically update to green when the device comes back online. They also automatically clear after 14 days if the device remains offline. You can expand any event card to see the specific device name and device tag.
