Some vendors may prefer not to use the ContractorOS portal directly. In these cases, Site Admins can submit and manage compliance documentation on behalf of the vendor/contractor. Specifically, they can:
Upload documents for vendor and contractor tasks.
Fill out task forms directly in the portal on behalf of a vendor.
Edit previously submitted vendor documents.
This allows you to use ContractorOS as a central repository even if the vendor continues to submit documents via email or offline. To do this:
Go to Manage → Vendors
Click on the vendor’s name to open the vendor profile
Navigate to the Tasks tab
Select the task you'd like to manage and make any changes by selecting Edit and Submit
Note: Currently, Site Admins can only submit documents on behalf of vendors.
