- Provide the TZ Lockers Service URL, Username, and Password
- Provide a list of the locker banks and their associated IDs
- Provide a list of which statuses, as applicable to the integration, should send email and/or SMS notifications to the recipient. Note: This is typically reviewed prior to implementation.
