QTrak Locker Reservation Integration
Product Tier: Available as a paid integration to all LogisticsOS and Intra customers using the desktop app.
LogisticsOS now supports QTrak locker reservations, allowing mailroom teams to reserve locker space in advance of final delivery.
This new functionality extends the existing QTrak integration. Currently, QTrak pulls package data from LogisticsOS only at the time of locker scan. With this update, teams can reserve lockers and specify the type of locker, including size and locker bank, to streamline drop-offs and ensure availability.
Note: Customers already using the QTrak integration can continue with their existing workflow as it remains unchanged. To enable the new locker reservation feature, they can contact support to purchase and configure the upgrade.
