Drill Scheduling allows users to schedule emergency preparedness drills in advance and allows users to configure the automated email reminders. Users can set the drill date, time and associated Emergency Profile.
How to schedule a drill:
- From the EmergencyOS Mustering screen, select the Schedule Drill button from the top right.
- Once in the scheduled drill configuration page you can select the site, emergency profile and the date the drill will be scheduled for.
- Optionally, you can setup automatic reminders emails that are sent out to remind users of when the drill will be taking place. In the reminder configuration you can select the notification channel, when you would like the reminder email to be sent out, and the specific roles, contacts, and/or users should receive the drill reminder notification.
- Click Save
- The drill will display in the Mustering Events list, including status and other key event information.
