Verifying Bluetooth Connectivity

Bluetooth Reconnect

On the iPad, Navigate to:

  • Settings -> Bluetooth -> Click on the (i) next to the printer name.
  • Click “Forget This Device”, then reconnect the device.

Check the Bluetooth logo in the top right of the printer screen again and make sure it is solid, not flashing.

Power cycle the printer

If reconnection fails:

  • Turn the printer off by pressing the power button for 5 seconds.
  • Wait 15 seconds and then turn the printer back on.
  • Check the Bluetooth logo to see if the connection has returned.
