Compliance tasks can be deleted from vendors and contractors. This is useful if a task is assigned in error or is no longer relevant causing vendors and contractors to appear non-compliant. The role permissions are:
- Site admins can delete tasks from vendors or contractors
- Vendor admins can delete tasks assigned to their contractors
Important: Deleting a task permanently removes all related data, including uploaded documents. This action cannot be undone.
To delete a compliance task:
- Go to Manage → select Vendors OR Contractors
- Click on the vendor or contractor’s name to open their vendor or contractor profile
- In the Tasks list, select the task for deletion by selecting the relevant trashcan icon
- Verify that you selected the correct task for deletion and then click the Delete Task button.
