How to Delete a Task form Vendors and Contractors

Compliance tasks can be deleted from vendors and contractors. This is useful if a task is assigned in error or is no longer relevant causing vendors and contractors to appear non-compliant. The role permissions are:

  • Site admins can delete tasks from vendors or contractors
  • Vendor admins can delete tasks assigned to their contractors

Important: Deleting a task permanently removes all related data, including uploaded documents. This action cannot be undone. 
 

To delete a compliance task:

  1. Go to Manage → select Vendors OR Contractors
  2. Click on the vendor or contractor’s name to open their vendor or contractor profile
  3. In the Tasks list, select the task for deletion by selecting the relevant trashcan icon
  1. Verify that you selected the correct task for deletion and then click the Delete Task button.
