UKG Integration for Accurate Mustering Lists

EmergencyOS now integrates with UKG (formerly Kronos) to improve the accuracy of mustering lists during evacuations and drills. This integration pulls real-time employee presence data, ensuring only those currently signed in are shown on the mustering list. 

This paid add-on is especially beneficial for organizations already using UKG for time tracking and workforce management. It supports EHS Managers, Security Officers, and Facility Administrators who rely on EmergencyOS for evacuation procedures and compliance reporting.

 

How It Works

Sign-In 

  • An employee is considered signed in if their most recent sign-in time is later than their last sign-out time.

Syncing

  • Employee time clock data is automatically synced when an evacuation, drill, or test event is triggered in EmergencyOS.
  • Additional syncing occurs at configurable intervals (e.g., every X minutes), set through the front-end configuration.

Displayed Data

Employee records pulled from UKG show the following in the Sign-In List: 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Signed-in Time
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Tags (if available)
  • Source: "UKG Pro"
