Denied Visitor Processing
Product Tier: All VisitorOS customers with watchlists.
When visitors were denied by a watchlist, hosts were still being notified of their arrival and badges were printed, causing confusion.
New rules have been added to only notify hosts when visitors are approved, and only print badges print after visitors are approved. Note: Only FacilityOS Support can configure these new rules at this time.
Benefits
- Clearer Host Communication: Hosts are only notified once a visitor is approved, eliminating confusion.
- Stronger Security Controls: Denied visitors cannot receive a badge until they are reviewed and approved.
- Operational Efficiency: Notifications and badge printing are now automated, reducing manual intervention.

Product Tier: Available to all VisitorOS customers.
It is now possible for users with the 'Edit User Details' permissions to edit the host and sign-out time fields.
