Digital Credential Distribution from Virtual Kiosk
SecurityOS now supports the issuance of digital credentials directly from the Virtual Kiosk upon successful sign-in. Visitors will be shown their credentials (QR code) on the kiosk screen and also receive them via email (if an address is provided), facilitating seamless gate access without requiring badge printers. The issuing of these credentials will also be subject to all standard VisitorOS visitor checks including watchlists and Approve/Deny functionality.
Benefits
- Access Control Anywhere: Enables secure digital credentials in locations where badge printers are not available.
- Integrated Security Checks: Credentials are only issued after Watchlists and Visitor Approval are complete, where those features are enabled.
- Flexible Delivery: Visitors see their credential on-screen immediately after approval and receive it by email, ensuring they can access it from anywhere.
