You can revoke site access for vendors and their associated contractors so they are denied entry when they attempt to sign in using the VisitorOS Kiosk.
Who can use this feature?
Revoke access to a site
When you revoke access to a site, the compliance status information for vendors and contractors is preserved.
- From the left sidebar in ContractorOS, click Manage, then select Vendors.
- Select the vendor whose site access you want to revoke.
- In the "Sites" section, click the Edit icon next to the site you want to revoke.
- Turn off Allowed On Site.
- Click Save. The status of the site changes to Access Revoked.
Reinstate access to a site
- From the left sidebar in ContractorOS, click Manage, then select Vendors.
- Select the vendor whose site access you want to reinstate.
- In the "Sites" section, click the Edit icon next to a site with the "Access Revoked" status.
- Turn on Allowed On Site.
- Click Save. The status of the site changes back to Compliant or Non-compliant.
