Revoke Vendor and Contractor Site Access
Product Tier: Available to all ContractorOS customers.
Site admins can now revoke or reinstate access for vendors and their associated contractors at the site level. This includes:
- Revoking access for a vendor from the vendor details page.
- Automatically removing access for all contractors under that vendor at the selected site.
- Reinstating access and restoring the vendor’s previous compliance status.
Key Benefits
- Manual Control: Site admins can override system rules and use their judgment to decide who gets access, giving them flexibility to handle real-world situations.
- Operational Flexibility: Easily adjust site access as seasonal work, contracts, or project requirements change.
- Enhanced Security: Immediately prevent vendors and their contractors from accessing a site when their work ends or access needs to be revoked.
