The ContractorOS Dashboard is the landing page of ContractorOS. Here you can monitor, manage possible vendor and Contractor compliance risk and improve operational oversight. From site-level compliance metrics to detailed task statuses, it provides clear insights into where attention is needed helping users maintain compliance standards, streamline reviews, and stay ahead of upcoming deadlines at their site(s).
Navigation Overview
The Dashboard consolidates essential compliance information, allowing administrators to easily monitor performance and take timely action.
- Site Compliance: This widget displays the compliance metrics per site and allows users to drill down into each individual site's specific compliance metrics (% of compliant Vendors and Contractors, tasks ready for review, tasks expiring soon, and pending invitations). These sites can be selected you will find a list of Vendors, Contractors, Tasks, and Vendor/Contractor requirements. Vendor and Contractor compliance reports can also be downloaded as a CSV for site audits and compliance reviews.
- Pending Tasks: This widget displays a list of any pending tasks at their individual sites along with their status (New, In Progress, Ready for Review, Rejected, Expiring Soon, Expired). You can also find a search bar to find specific Task names as well as a filtering button to filter tasks by Site, Status, or Vendor/Contractor Task type.
