Beacon AI Assistant

Product Tier: Available to all FacilityOS customers.

Beacon AI Assistant brings AI into FacilityOS, helping users get immediate answers for how-to questions and data driven insights about their facilities without leaving the platform. 

Important: While the how-to question capability is available immediately to all customers, the insights capability will be released in phases during November. Further targeted communication will be provided to customers regarding timing.

How-To Questions

Beacon AI Assistant for how-to questions and guidance is accessible to all users via the main navigation bar in the FacilityOS Portal and from within VisitorOS, EmergencyOS, ContractorOS, and SecurityOS modules. 

Beacon is trained exclusively using FacilityOS documentation, including our Help Center. No customer data is accessed to formulate responses to how-to questions.

• ContractorOS - Can I manage compliance differently for each vendor? 

Data Insights

Beacon AI Assistant for facility insights will be available to account administrators only. The capability must be enabled at the account level by an account administrator, who must also opt-in to Beacon accessing data within FacilityOS, excluding PII. Features include:

• Insights Questions - Access to facility data insights via the main navigation bar in the FacilityOS Portal and from within VisitorOS, EmergencyOS, ContractorOS, and SecurityOS modules.
• Contextual Insights: Rotating stats now appear on the VisitorOS dashboard and log (e.g., watchlist hits, pre-registrations, sign-out rates) with direct links to Beacon.
