EmergencyOS release notes – November 2025

We are pleased to announce the following new functionality in our November 2025 release!

New EmergencyOS Dashboard

Product Tier: Available to all EmergencyOS customers, although certain widgets are only available on the Corporate tier.

EmergencyOS now includes a new Dashboard homepage that provides a unified view of incidents, drills, and system configuration. The dashboard includes:

  • New Run Drill and Start Emergency buttons for faster response.
  • Widgets that provide insight into safety performance and system health:
    • Active Incidents: Displays ongoing evacuation events with direct links to “Evacuation in Progress” pages (Corporate tier).
    • Last Drills: Shows the most recent drills per site with participation metrics and direct navigation links to details about each drill (Corporate tier).
    • Scheduled Drills: Lists upcoming drills, sorted by status (active or overdue), with an easy Schedule Drill button (Corporate tier).
    • Drill Participation: Visualizes employee participation over the past 12 months to help track engagement and readiness trends.
    • System Health: Flags configuration issues like default mustering points, overdue drills, or missing emergency contacts.

In addition, new filtering options have been added for the Mustering Events table: Site, Status, and Emergency Type.

Key Benefits

  • Improve Readiness: Track drill frequency and participation rates to support ongoing emergency preparedness.
  • Increase Visibility: Surface key safety information — active incidents, overdue drills, system configuration gaps — in one place. Easily flag sites that haven’t run drills or have low participation rates.
  • Ensure Compliance: Access audit-ready data to meet internal and regulatory safety requirements.
  • Boost Efficiency: Eliminate manual reporting and monitoring, allowing safety teams to focus on prevention and response.
