All users have either default roles or custom roles that are assigned to them, granting permission to specific features. This article describes the steps required to view what role a user has.

If you cannot follow the steps below, you will need to contact your account administrator.
View a user's role
A user may have different roles depending on which module they are in. To learn how to switch between your modules, see Access your modules.
- From the left sidebar, select the Settings
icon .
- Select Users.

Find the user in the table and check their role in the Role column.
Note:
If you do not see the role column, select the Grid Settings
icon and turn on the Role column.
