Add a contractor as a vendor

You can add contractors and assign them tasks so that they can meet site requirements before they start work.

Required role Vendor
Required tier Access to the ContractorOS Vendor portal is required.

Add a contractor

  1. Sign in to the ContractorOS Vendor portal.
  2. From the left sidebar, select Manage, and then select Contractors.

  3. Select Invite Contractor.
  4. On the Invite Contractor step, enter the contractor’s Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  5. Select Next.
  6. On the Select Sites step, select a site, and then select Next.
  7. On the Assign Tasks step, select the tasks the contractor must complete, and then select Next.
  8. Select Done. The contractor will receive an email inviting them to sign up for the ContractorOS Vendor portal.

    Note:

    If you have the required documents for the contractor, you can upload them yourself to complete tasks. For more information, see Complete contractor tasks.
