What is ContractorOS?

Does ContractorOS cost anything?
No. The site has purchased ContractorOS, and it is free for vendors and contractors to use.
What’s the difference between a vendor and a contractor?
A vendor is the company hired by the site; a contractor is the individual employee or subcontractor who visits the site to perform work.
Why don’t I see any tasks yet?
It’s normal to have no tasks when you first sign up. You’ll receive an email notification when the site assigns any to you.
What documents will be required?
This varies by site, but typically includes insurance documents and agreements for vendors, and orientations, licenses, or certifications for contractors.
Can I complete tasks for my contractors?
Yes, for most tasks. However, some items (such as safety orientations or quizzes) may need to be completed by the individual contractor.
I’m not the right vendor contact — what should I do?
Reply to this email or contact onboard@facilityos.com with the correct contact’s name and email address, and include the company and site details.
