Create a FacilityOS Help Center account

When you create an account on the FacilityOS Help Center, you can access My Activities to see, update, or comment on your submitted support tickets, as well as any support tickets you are included in. If you are an authorized administrator, you can also see and update support tickets submitted by other people in your organization.

Create an account

  1. Go to the FacilityOS Help Center sign-up page.
  2. Enter your Name and Email.
  3. Click Sign up.
  4. You will receive an email from FacilityOS Support. Open the email and select Activate account.

  5. Enter a new password.
  6. To finish creating your account, click Create password.

View support tickets

After creating an account, you can sign in to the FacilityOS Help Center to view support tickets.

  1. Sign in to the FacilityOS Help Center.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon, then select My activities.
  3. In My activities, you have the following options to view tickets:

    • Click My requests to view tickets you have submitted.
    • Click Requests I'm CC'd on to view tickets submitted by others that you are included in.
    • If you are an authorized administrator, click Organization requests to view tickets submitted by other people in your organization.

      Note:

      If you require access to view organization requests, contact your customer success representative or the FacilityOS support team.

    Tip:

    Set the Status filter to:

    • Open to view tickets the FacilityOS support Team is currently working on.

    • Awaiting Reply to view tickets that need a response from your or someone in your organization.

Send a reply

You can send a reply to a ticket from your FacilityOS Help Center account. This can also be used to update a ticket with additional information.

  1. Sign in to the FacilityOS Help Center.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon, then select My activities.
  3. Select the ticket you want to reply to.
  4. In the text box, enter your reply.

  5. Optionally, to copy someone on the reply, enter their email address in CC Add emails.
  6. Optionally, to attach a document or image, click Add file or drag and drop the file into the space provided.
  7. Click Submit.
