The available sign-in options for FacilityOS depend on how your admin set up your account. You may be able to use your FacilityOS credentials or sign in with single sign-on (SSO).
Sign in with your credentials
You will receive your credentials either from your admin or via a FacilityOS welcome email that will ask you to verify your email and create a password. Once you have your email and password, you can follow the steps below.
- Go to the FacilityOS sign-in page.
- Enter your email address, and select Next.
- Enter your password, and select Sign In.
Sign in with SSO
FacilityOS works with a variety of SSO providers. The steps below are a general guide for signing in, but your process might differ depending on your provider.
Note:
If Microsoft Entra is your SSO provider, on the FacilityOS sign-in page, you can click Sign in with Microsoft instead of following the steps below.
- Sign in to your SSO account (e.g., Google Cloud Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra, etc.).
- Go to the page that lists the applications you can sign in to.

Note:
Your admin may have set a different name for the FacilityOS application.
