You can delete a user or unassign them from modules that they should not have access to.

Delete a user
If you delete a user, it will permanently delete their account details. This will prevent them from signing in to the FacilityOS platform and any modules they have been assigned to.
- From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click the Settings
icon, then select Users.
- Use the Search bar to locate the user you want to delete.
- Click the Delete
icon next to the user you want to delete.
- To confirm, click Yes.
Unassign a user
If you unassign a user from a module, they will not be able to access that module, but they can still sign in to other modules.
- From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click the Settings
- Use the Search bar to locate and select the user you want to unassign.
- Turn off the toggle for the module you no longer want them to be able to access.
- To confirm, click Yes.
