Delete or unassign users in FacilityOS

You can delete a user or unassign them from modules that they should not have access to.

Delete a user

If you delete a user, it will permanently delete their account details. This will prevent them from signing in to the FacilityOS platform and any modules they have been assigned to.

1. From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click the Settings icon, then select Users.
   
2. Use the Search bar to locate the user you want to delete.
3. Click the Delete icon next to the user you want to delete.
4. To confirm, click Yes.

Unassign a user

If you unassign a user from a module, they will not be able to access that module, but they can still sign in to other modules.

1. From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click the Settings icon, then select Users.
   
2. Use the Search bar to locate and select the user you want to unassign.
3. Turn off the toggle for the module you no longer want them to be able to access.
   
4. To confirm, click Yes.
