Delete or unassign users in FacilityOS

You can delete users to permanently remove their FacilityOS account and access to all modules, or unassign them from specific modules, such as VisitorOS, so that they can still sign in to other modules.

Delete a user

1. From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click the Settings icon, then select Users.
   
2. Use the Search bar to locate the user you want to delete.
3. Click the Delete icon next to the user you want to delete.
4. To confirm, click Yes.

Unassign a user

1. From the left sidebar in FacilityOS, click the Settings icon, then select Users.
   
2. Use the Search bar to locate and select the user you want to unassign.
3. Turn off the toggle for the module you no longer want them to be able to access.
   
4. To confirm, click Yes.
