When verifying your email, if you see "Invalid Invitation" or "Invitation key is invalid," try sending a new verification email to your email address.

Send a new verification email from your browser
- Go to the FacilityOS sign-in page.
- Click Sign In Help.
- Enter your email address, then click Send Instructions.
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to complete your verification, then try signing in.
Send a new verification email from the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app

Go back to the VisitorOS app on your mobile device and tap Re-send Activation Email.
Note:
If you do not see "Re-send Activation Email", re-enter your email address and try again.
- Open the new activation email, then select Verify.
