Troubleshoot an invalid invitation key when verifying your email

When verifying your email, if you see "Invalid Invitation" or "Invitation key is invalid," try sending a new verification email to your email address.

Send a new verification email from your browser

  1. Go to the FacilityOS sign-in page.
  2. Click Sign In Help.

  3. Enter your email address, then click Send Instructions.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to complete your verification, then try signing in.

Send a new verification email from the VisitorOS Mobile Companion app

  1. Go back to the VisitorOS app on your mobile device and tap Re-send Activation Email.

    Note:

    If you do not see "Re-send Activation Email", re-enter your email address and try again.

  2. Open the new activation email, then select Verify.
