VisitorOS release notes – May 2026

We are pleased to announce the following new and improved features in our May 2026 release!

Salesforce Account Engagement Integration for VisitorOS

Required tierAvailable to all VisitorOS customers as a paid integration.

VisitorOS now integrates with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to automatically send visitor sign-in data to Salesforce in near real time. When a visitor signs in via a physical kiosk, web portal, or the virtual kiosk, their information is automatically sent to Salesforce using Form Handlers, allowing Prospect/Lead records to be created or updated instantly.

Additional capabilities include:

  • Near real-time data sync from VisitorOS to Salesforce.
  • Flexible field mapping, including support for custom fields.
  • Site-level configuration, enabling teams to control where the integration is active.
  • Support for staging and production endpoints for safe testing and rollout.

This enables marketing teams to immediately enroll visitors into campaigns, nurture programs, and lead scoring workflows, without manual exports or delays.

Key Benefits:

  • Turn Visitor Traffic into Pipeline: Capture high-intent onsite visitors as leads automatically, without relying on manual processes.
  • Accelerate Lead Follow-Up: Trigger campaigns and sales outreach in near real time while engagement is still fresh.
  • Eliminate Manual Data Transfers: Remove the need for CSV exports or manual uploads into Salesforce.
  • Align Marketing & Physical Operations: Connect front-of-house visitor data with digital marketing systems for a more complete view of prospect activity.
  • Flexible & Scalable Setup: Easily map fields and configure per site to match existing Salesforce structures.

Pre-registration for Returning Visitors – CSV Import Support

Required tierAvailable to all VisitorOS customers.

Returning visitors are now recognized when guests are added to events using CSV import during pre-registration. Previously, returning visitor recognition was not applied to bulk uploads, which could make known guests appear as new visitors. With this update, returning visitors are now clearly identified on the event guest list, improving visibility and reducing confusion when managing large event groups.
