After parcels are received, they can be processed and routed to recipients for delivery.
Select the tab for the LogisticsOS application you are using.
Web Portal
Desktop Client
Process parcels using the LogisticsOS Web Portal
- From the left sidebar in the LogisticsOS Web Portal, click Parcels.
- Click Process.
- Scan the barcode of the parcel or enter its tracking number in Parcel ID.
- After you scan the barcode or enter the tracking number, do one of the following:
- If the parcel was received using Smart Scanner, the recipient and sender details are filled in automatically. Review the information and make any changes if needed.
- If the parcel was not received using AI Receiving Assistant, fill in the details manually.
- (Optional) If there is an issue with the parcel that needs to be investigated, in Status select In Research. You can then sort the package again later.
- To finish processing the parcel, click Submit. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for each additional parcel.
Process parcels using the LogisticsOS Desktop Client
- From the top navbar in the LogisticsOS Desktop Client, click Sort.
- Scan the barcode of the parcel or enter its tracking number in Item.

After you scan the barcode or enter the tracking ID, do one of the following:
- If the parcel was received using AI Receiving Assistant, the recipient is automatically selected from the recipient list below. Review the information in the "Item Info" panel on the right, and make any changes if needed.
- If the parcel was not received using AI Receiving Assistant, select the recipient and enter the details in the "Item Info" panel on the right.
- To finish processing the parcel, click Submit. Repeat steps 2 to 3 for each additional parcel.
