Optional user provisioning via SSO
You can streamline user provisioning with the SSO integration to automatically create user profiles linked to the FacilityOS address book.
When users first sign in to FacilityOS via SSO, the system identifies the email address used and cross-references it with the FacilityOS address book. If a match is found, the system automatically creates a user profile with the "Host" privilege role. This role grants basic privileges, allowing users to invite guests and access their historical data.
To have this set up for your account, contact your Customer Success Manager.
