Resend ContractorOS invitations to vendors

You can resend invitation emails to vendors who have not yet accepted their invitation to join the ContractorOS Vendor Portal.

Resend an invitation email

1. From the left sidebar in ContractorOS, click Manage, then select Vendors.
   
2. Select the vendor whose invitation you want to resend. The status of their invitation must be "Sent".
3. Click Edit Vendor.
4. Click Resend Invitation.

Resend an invitation to a different email address

When you resend an invitation to a different email address, the vendor can no longer use the original invitation email to sign up.

1. From the left sidebar in ContractorOS, click Manage, then select Vendors.
   
2. Select a vendor.
3. Click Edit Vendor.

4. In the "Vendor Details" section, update the vendor's email.

   Note:

   You cannot update the email if the vendor has accepted the invitation.

   

5. (Optional) If you do not want to send the invitation after saving your changes, clear the When email changes are saved, resend Portal Invitation checkbox.
6. Click Save.
