Call summary
A summary of the calls is sent to your email address. Open the email to view escalated items, arrival statuses, and an Excel report with a full breakdown of the calls.
Escalated items
Escalated items are questions Site Concierge could not answer or notes from visitors. You can review the information listed here and follow up with the visitor, if needed.
Arrival statuses
The arrival status summary shows the number of visitors who are:
- On time: Expected to arrive before the event starts.
- Running late: Expected to arrive after the event starts.
- Can't make it: Will not attend the event.
- No response/Could not contact: Visitors who did not answer the call, or visitors Site Concierge could not call.
Excel report
You can view or download the attached Excel report from the call summary email. The report provides a detailed breakdown of each call, including each visitor’s name, arrival status, estimated arrival time, and any notes for your review.
