We are pleased to announce the following new functionality in our June 2026 release!
Vendor portal language support
| Required tier | Available to all ContractorOS Advanced customers. |
Vendors can now choose their preferred language directly within the Vendor Portal. Language options include English, Spanish, Swedish, and French. Core portal navigation, forms, messages, and system-generated content will automatically display in the selected language, creating a more accessible and user-friendly experience for non-English-speaking users.
Key Benefits
- Improve the vendor experience by allowing users to work in their preferred language.
- Reduce confusion and errors when completing compliance requirements, training, and profile updates.
- Support global organizations with multilingual contractor populations.
- Increase adoption and engagement by making the Vendor Portal easier to use for international vendors.

Improved contractor matching during sign-in
| Required tier | Available to all customers using the ContractorOS and VisitorOS integration. |
ContractorOS now uses a more flexible matching process during contractor sign-in. If an exact email match isn't found, the system automatically falls back to matching based on the contractor's name and company, helping reduce false compliance failures caused by missing or mismatched email addresses.
Configurable compliance status for Vendors and Contractors with no assigned tasks
| Required tier | Available on all ContractorOS tiers. |
Site admins can now configure the default compliance status for vendors and contractors that have no assigned compliance tasks. Instead of automatically being marked as non-compliant, organizations can choose whether these records should be treated as compliant or non-compliant.

Improved ContractorOS watchlist matching
| Required tier | Available for customers using the VisitorOS and ContractorOS integration. |
VisitorOS now separates ContractorOS watchlist evaluations into three clear outcomes: non-compliant (sign-in is blocked), compliant (sign-in is allowed), or not found in ContractorOS (the site determines what action to take).
Sites can now distinguish between visitors who are truly non-compliant and those who simply do not have a ContractorOS record. This creates more accurate watchlist results, reduces false-positive compliance violations, and gives sites greater control over how unmatched visitors are handled.
