AxiomXA Access Control Integration
Who is this for?
EmergencyOS now integrates with AxiomXA Access Control so when employees or visitors badge in, their onsite status is synchronized to help ensure mustering lists remain accurate and up to date during emergency events. Access activity is synchronized every 15 minutes and also automatically pulled into the Signed In List when a Test, Drill, or Emergency event begins. This helps organizations reduce reliance on manual sign-ins, spreadsheets, or outdated rosters during emergencies.

Paycom Time Clock Integration
Who is this for?
EmergencyOS now integrates with Paycom Time & Attendance to automatically populate mustering lists using employee punch-in and punch-out events. Employee status is synchronized every 15 minutes and immediately when a test, drill, or emergency begins, helping ensure responders have an accurate view of who is onsite.
How It Works:
- EmergencyOS connects to Paycom to identify employees who are currently clocked in.
- Clocked-in employees are automatically added to the EmergencyOS Signed In List along with available contact information.
- Employees are automatically removed from the Signed In List when they clock out.
- Employee data is synchronized every 15 minutes and immediately when a test, drill, or emergency is initiated.
