Reset your forgotten Vendor Portal password

If you forgot your Vendor Portal password, you can request a password reset.

Who can use this feature?

  • Vendors or contractors with a Vendor Portal account
  • Available on all tiers

Reset your password

  1. Go to the Vendor Portal sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your email address, then click Send Reset Password Link.
  4. You will receive an email titled “ContractorOS Reset Your Password” with instructions to reset your password.
