About assigning tasks to contractors

Tasks that can be assigned to contractors are managed in the Document Library. Before a task can be assigned to an individual contractor, the task must first be assigned to the contractor’s vendor.

This means you must:

  1. Make sure the contractor task you want to assign is in the Document Library. If it is not, contact your Customer Success Manager to add it to the Document Library for you.
  2. Assign the contractor task to the vendor.
  3. Go to the contractor’s details and assign the task to the contractor.
