Automatically print a list of signed-in visitors when an emergency starts

If you purchased a printer for VisitorOS, you can configure it to print a list of signed-in visitors during an evacuation.

Who can use this feature?

  • VisitorOS users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Sites
  • You must have EmergencyOS and the VisitorOS badge-printing add-on

Turn on the print signed-in visitor list setting

  1. From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings Screenshot of the Settings icon. icon, then select Sites.

  2. Select the site you want the list printed for.
  3. Select the Features tab.
  4. At the bottom of the list, under Emergency Evacuation, click Configure.
  5. Turn on Print Signed-In Visitor List Using VisitorOS printer (During Evacuation).
  6. Click Save.
