Single sign-on options
FacilityOS supports both OIDC and SAML SSO, depending on how your organization's account is set up. Review the table below to see which SSO options your organization can use.

Identify your FacilityOS environment and Microsoft 365 tenant
To identify the supported SSO options, confirm both your FacilityOS hosting environment and your Microsoft 365 tenant.
FacilityOS environment
You can identify where your FacilityOS data is hosted by checking the URL you use to sign in:

login.facilityos.comis used for FacilityOS environments hosted in Commercial Cloud. -
login.facilityos.usis used for FacilityOS environments hosted in Gov Cloud.
Microsoft 365 tenant
Your Microsoft administrator can confirm whether your organization uses Microsoft 365 Commercial or Microsoft 365 GCC High.
