View contractor visits in ContractorOS

You can view upcoming visits from non-compliant contractors and view a historical log of all contractor visits.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role
  • Available on the Advanced tier

Upcoming non-compliant visits

The Upcoming Non-Compliant Visits table shows all contractors who are scheduled for a visit when either the contractor or their vendor is not compliant. Contractors are automatically removed from the table once both they and their vendor are compliant. Follow the steps below to access the table.

  1. From the left sidebar in ContractorOS, click Dashboard.
  2. Select the Upcoming Non-Compliant Visits.

  3. (Optional) Click the three vertical dots icon next to any contractor to take any of the following actions:
    • View Contractor: Takes you to the contractor's details page, where you can view the sites and tasks assigned to the contractor.
    • View Vendor: Takes you to the vendor's details page where you can view sites and tasks assigned to the vendor.
    • View Event in VisitorOS: If you have access to VisitorOS, you can select this option to view the event in VisitorOS.

View all visits

Each site in ContractorOS keeps a historical record of upcoming and past visits by contractors.

  1. From the left sidebar in ContractorOS, click Dashboard.
  2. In the Site Compliance section, select the site you want to view visits for.
  3. Select the Visits tab.

  4. (Optional) Click the three vertical dots icon next to any contractor to take any of the following actions:
    • View Contractor: Takes you to the contractor's details page, where you can view the sites and tasks assigned to the contractor.
    • View Vendor: Takes you to the vendor's details page where you can view sites and tasks assigned to the vendor.
    • View Event in VisitorOS: If you have access to VisitorOS, you can select this option to view the event in VisitorOS.
