Add a user to EmergencyOS

You can add an existing FacilityOS user to EmergencyOS to give them access to sign in to the module.

Who can use this feature?

Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Users
Available on all tiers

Add a user

Important:

To add a user in EmergencyOS, they must already exist as a user in FacilityOS. For more information, see Add a user in FacilityOS.

From the left sidebar in EmergencyOS, select the Settings icon, then select Users.
Click Add User.
In Search by Email, enter the user's email address, then click the Search icon.
Under Search Results, select the user you want to add.
After you select the user, their role and assigned sites are populated based on their user setup in FacilityOS. If the user does not have an Administrator role, they are assigned the Safety Officer role by default. Click Save to add the user.
