You can download reports and audit logs for completed emergencies or drills.

Who can use this feature?

  • Users with the Account Administrator, Site Administrator, or Safety Officer role, or users with permission to manage Mustering Events
  • Available on the Corporate tier

About reports and audit logs

Reports and audit logs provide different views of a mustering event. Reports and audit logs provide different views of a mustering event. Use the table below to compare them.

Download What it contains When to download it
Report A summary of the event and each evacuee, including their status, target evacuation time, actual evacuation time, mustering point, contact information, check-in time, and notes. Use reports to review the overall results of the event or the final status of individual evacuees.
Audit log A time-stamped record of activity during the event, including when the evacuation started and ended, status changes, mustering points, and notes. Use audit logs to review the sequence of events or determine when and how an evacuee's status was updated.

Download a report or audit log

  1. From the left sidebar in EmergencyOS, click Mustering.
  2. For the mustering event you want to review, click the three vertical dots icon, then select one of the following options:

    • Download Report: Select this option to download the report, then choose CSV or Excel as the file format.
    • Download Audit Log: Select this option to download the audit log, then choose CSV or Excel as the file format.
    • Download All: Select this option to download both the report and audit log in CSV and Excel formats.
