Set default parcel values in Smart Scanner

You can select the default status and package details applied to parcels processed using Receive mode or Sort mode in Smart Scanner.

Set default parcel values

1. Open the Smart Scanner app.

2. Tap the three vertical dots icon, then tap Settings.

   

3. Scroll down, then tap Defaults.
   
4. Under Package Status, configure the following defaults:
   • Sort mode: Select the status assigned to parcels saved using Sort mode.
   • Receive mode: Select the status assigned to parcels saved using Receive mode.
5. Under Package Details, configure the following defaults:
   • Condition: Select the condition assigned to new parcels.
   • Package Type: Select the type assigned to new parcels, such as a box or drum.
   • Handling Classification: Select the classification that identifies how new parcels should be handled.
