You can view and download every document version submitted for a vendor or contractor task in ContractorOS.
Who can use this feature?
View and download document history
- In ContractorOS, select a vendor or contractor task.
- In the upper-right corner, click Task History.
- In the side panel that opens, view the documents previously submitted for the task. Click a section to expand it and view its documents. Sections with no submissions are automatically hidden.
- To download documents, take any of the following actions:
- Download an individual document: Click the download icon beside the document version you want to download.
- Download all documents: Click Download All Files to download every retained document associated with the task.
