Customize the VisitorOS app background on your iPad

You can personalize the VisitorOS app by adding background images that reflect your site's branding for visitors when they sign in.

Who can use this feature?

Users with the Account Administrator or Site Administrator role, or any user with permission to manage Sites
Available on all tiers

Customize the background

From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, click the Settings icon, then select Sites.
Select the site that your iPad is registered to.
Click Backgrounds.
Under Greeting Screen Backgrounds, add or manage background images:
- To add an image, click Browse files or drag and drop an image into the upload area.
  Note:
  Use the recommended image size that matches your iPad model:
  - 9.7-inch iPad: 1024 x 768 pixels.
  - 10.2-inch iPad: 1112 x 834 pixels.
  - 12.9-inch iPad: 1366 x 1024 pixels or 2732 x 2048 pixels.
- To change the rotation order, drag and drop images into the order you want.
- To remove an image, click the Delete icon.
To save your changes, click Save.
