Setting up global messaging

Use the VisitorOS portal to send a message to contacts in your address book.

  1. Click Settings, then Global Messaging.
  2. In the Subject field, enter a title for the message.
  3. In the Body field, enter your message.
  4. Choose who to send the message to:
    • To send to specific sites, select one or more sites under Sites.
    • To send the message to employees at all sites, select All Sites.
  5. Optionally, to send the message only to employees with a certain tag in their address book profiles, select one or more tags from the list under the Address Book Tag(s) option.
  6. Click Send message.
