You can add user in VisitorOS to give them access to sign in to the portal.

Add a user
When you add a user in VisitorOS, they are also added as a user in FacilityOS. They are not added to other FacilityOS modules.
- From the left sidebar in VisitorOS, select the Settings
icon, then select Users.
- Click New User.
- In the Name field, enter the user's full name.
- In the Email field, enter the user's email address.

From the VisitorOS Role drop-down menu, select the user's role in VisitorOS.
Note:
Selecting "Account Administrator" or "Site Administrator" assigns the user the same role in FacilityOS. Any other selection assigns the "Basic" role in FacilityOS.
- Follow one of the steps below for which sites to assign the user:
- To assign the user to all sites, select All Sites.
- To assign the user to specific sites, under "All Sites", use the drop-down menu to select the desired sites.

If you want to set a password for the user, turn off Send invitation email for the user to set their password.
Note:
If the user will sign in with SSO, the password set on FacilityOS will not be used.
- Click Invite. After users receive their credentials or are configured in your SSO, they can sign in. To learn how users can sign in, see Sign in to FacilityOS.
