After you complete pre-registration, you can sign in at the event kiosk by scanning your QR code, or use touchless sign-in when you arrive on-site.
Sign in at the kiosk
- At the kiosk, tap the screen to start.
- If language options appear, select your preferred language in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Tap Pre-Registered.
- Scan your QR code.
- If a photo is required, position your face in view of the kiosk camera to have your photo taken automatically.
- Review your photo and tap Proceed.
- Review your information. If you need to make changes, see Review and change your sign in information.
- Tap Looks good, sign me in.
Use touchless sign-in
Touchless sign-in allows you to sign in for an event without having to physically interact with the kiosk.
Note:
The site hosting the event must have touchless sign-in enabled for you to use it.
- In your completed pre-registration email, or the link sent to your phone, tap Touchless Sign-In.
- If a language menu appears at the top of the screen, select your preferred language.
- Tap Let's Begin.
- If prompted for a photo, tap Add Photo and choose one from your camera roll.
- Review your information and tap Finish.
- If a QR code appears, go to the kiosk to complete sign-in.
- Under the QR code on your mobile device, tap Start.
- When the kiosk camera opens, scan the QR code shown on your mobile device to sign in.
