When you are at a site for an event, you can use touchless sign-in to check in from your mobile device. This lets you sign in without entering or confirming information on the kiosk.
Important:
To use touchless sign-in for events, you must complete pre-registration. To learn how, see Complete pre-registration.
Sign in to an event
- In your completed pre-registration email, or the link sent to your phone, select Touchless Sign-In.
- If a language menu appears at the top of the screen, select your preferred language.
- Tap Let's Begin.
- If prompted for a photo, tap Add Photo and choose one from your camera roll.
- Review your information and tap Finish.
- If a QR code appears, go to the kiosk to complete sign-in.
- Under the QR code on your mobile device, tap Start.
- When the kiosk camera opens, scan the QR code shown on your mobile device to sign in.
