When using the FacilityOS Touchless feature, your iPad will display a QR code at the top right corner. Use your mobile phone's camera to scan this QR code.  

Note: Launch the camera app on your Android or iOS smartphone and point it at the QR code. This link leads to a separate portal using your phone's browser where you can go through the sign-in process. 

1. To start the sign-in process, tap on "I'm Arriving".

2. Select the visitor type for your visit.

3. You will now be asked to enter your information required to sign-in. This screen might have additional fields depending on the sites requirements you are signing into.

4. After that, you will be directed to view any necessary documents and videos.

5. Tap on Accept & Sign to sign the document. A signature box will pop up. Enter your signature and tap Submit. 

6. Once all the documents are signed, you will be asked to select the person who you are visiting (the host) by entering the host's first and last name.

This host’s record will be displayed. Tap on it to proceed with registration. This will direct you to the Summary screen. 

7. Clicking on the Finish button will complete the registration process and generate the unique QR code for you. 

8. When at the iPad kiosk, tap on the screen and select "Have a code?". Scan the QR code from your mobile device.

9. You might be prompted to take a picture. You will see a countdown before a photo is taken.

9 After the picture is taken, you will see the final screen confirming that you are signed in. Your host will receive a notification and will come to meet you shortly. 

 Signing-Out 

To sign out without touching the iPad’s screen, walk up to the iPad and use your phone's camera to scan the same QR Code in the upper right corner of the Welcome screen. 

On your mobile device, select "I'm Leaving".

Search and then tap on your name.

You are now successfully signed out.
